Have a window screen that you cat ruined? An older aluminum screen whose oxidation has ruined the airflow and visibility?
As a kid, my dad got me hooked fixing things that could be repaired rather than replaced. Most screens can be repaired by removing the spline that holds the screen in the groove, then replacing the screen material. Some (*like Andersen*) appear impossible to repair because of their aluminum spline, rather than rubber. Don't panic, though: I can repair those, too.
Pricing: $50 windows $60-70 doors
In addition to being interested in fixing things, I'm also a seasoned high school teacher, married father of two, dog lover, and Ultimate Frisbee enthusiast.
